For many years now, different people and companies have been telling you the right way to keep healthy and fit for a 'small' fee. Everyone knows that the main thing that you need is WILL-POWER, and this does not cost you anything.
Sure, you can buy packs of shakes or prepared meals for a price that promise to help you lose weight. These are good if you feel that you need this and cannot control yourself going to the freezer.
I respect anyone who has everything to make their lives easier with health and fitness.
What annoys me is people who starve themselves for day's just so that they can see themselves lose 2 pounds at the weigh-in and them binge on greasy food and alcohol for a 'treat'. These kinds of people do not have will-power, they have an illusion that they are doing good for themselves when they are actually doing more harm than good to their body. Do not kid yourself, you either lead a healthy life or you don't! Sure, you can treat yourself every now and then, but you need to have control and exercise regularly. Walking up and down the stairs to bed does not constitute exercise.
