Whilst Camilla was pregnant, I realised that the money that is taken from new parents is extraordinarily high. During the entire 9 months, I noticed many different items, medicines and food produce that people recommend for expectant mothers and new babies. All of these items boasted to do something amazing for the child's future development at an extortionate price.
What is stopping me from giving a glass of tap water to a pregnant woman and stating that it makes your baby extra clever if you rub it on your stomach everyday and charge £15 for the service.
Something that most people do not realise is that a lot of baby groups and adviser's are 'sponsored' by the large corporations to help them promote and recommend said product. From personal experience, I recommend to anyone to seek advice from other parents because there is no better review than that you get from people who have been there. Google is fantastic if you need an answer to any questions you have. You should really ask around before shelling out money on something that does not do what it says.
